Stephanie Owen, the author of The Lonely Lighthouse (Sleeping Bear Press, 2026), has been an English teacher for K-12 students for 20 years. She holds an MA in Creative Writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Stephanie has twice won the grand prize for #SunWriteFun and received an Honorable Mention for #SpringFlingKidLit. She also self-published the Advent devotional book Living in the True Spirit of Christmas. As an active member of SCBWI, she recently completed the Michelle Begley Mentorship Program.
